Career Ops is an open-source, AI-powered job-search command center that turns supported coding-agent CLIs into a structured career workflow. It can evaluate job listings against a candidate’s background and preferences, score opportunities, generate tailored ATS-friendly CVs, scan supported job portals, track applications, research companies, and help identify people worth contacting. The project is explicitly positioned as a filtering system for finding high-quality opportunities rather than a tool for mass automated applications.

Career Ops combines agent reasoning, browser automation, document generation, batch processing, and a single source of truth for application data. Because the system improves as users provide more context about their career history, proof points, goals, and constraints, it behaves more like an AI recruiting assistant that is gradually trained on the individual.
