HyperFrames is an open-source framework for creating deterministic videos from HTML, CSS, media assets, and seekable animations. Instead of building video scenes in a specialized timeline editor, developers or AI coding agents describe the composition as web content and use HyperFrames to preview, validate, and render it into MP4 output.

The project is particularly agent-oriented. It ships a collection of reusable skills for workflows such as product-launch videos, explainers, pull-request videos, captioned clips, talking-head recuts, motion graphics, music-driven videos, slideshows, and general compositions. Additional skills cover animation systems, keyframes, creative direction, media handling, Figma imports, CLI operations, registry components, and migration from Remotion.
